Three weeks in and Candace is doing great! Body weight is down 5 pounds and she had lost 3 inches on her waist! Great job Candace!

The combination of weekly workouts with LDK Fitness, a high protein diet, along with minizing carbohydrates and sugars are why Candace is seeing consistent weekly fat loss and muscle gain.
Spring Break! Candace gained 2 pounds. She and her girls went to Alabama for Spring Break. The fast food and Mama's Home Cooking took their toll! That's part of life and Candace enjoyed a great time with her family. Now... Can she get right back on track?
After a 2 pound weight gain during spring break, Candace was asked to log her food daily while continuing her weight training with me. After just one week back on track, Candace lost 2 pounds and is down to 166 lbs.! Great recovery Candace!
